This is what happens when sliding doors are open with no screens, poor little Wren… keeping the little bird safe… all windows and doors are wide open.

He’s beautiful and seems unharmed. He just flew in your house? Isn’t it kind of cold today to have your doors and windows open?
Hi there: I always leave a window open and the little bird came in.. I love the birds…
So sweet, little wren.
I wish one would come visit me…lucky you!
That’s a Carolina wren I believe… she sings as though she’s a large, powerful bird..so it’s surprising that so much sound can come forth from such a sweet tiny being. Happy Spring
Awww what a nice visitor.
Like Donna, I always left one window open a little bit, even on the coldest of winter nights, until a squirrel got in and wreaked havoc in our house. I still leave one window up a bit but make sure the screen is down!
