It was great to catch the new Ocean Reporter in rockport Harbor last week.
I wonder if there is a meaning of the penquin standing on the pilot house.
Or just a decoration.

I believe the penguin was found by Harbormaster rosemary leach from the wreckage of Bills old O.R.
she returned it to him and he put it back where it was located on the old boat. somewhat of good luck charm.
