We will have some special wines, yes, but one of the things that I will show you and Eric is how certain grape varietals pair better with certain “temperatures”, meaning that some wines are better if you like your meat prepared “med/rare” , while others pair better with meat that is more “well done”…we will have fun, regardless…until then…
