Don’t you wish more people would?

  1. Maybe the GDT reporter/editor/fact checker should use their head, and get your name correct!
    (tee hee)
    I had to come to find out if I ‘d been calling you the right name since we met. Vindicated!
    ps I enjoy your posts; currently I am working on a series of poems inspired by the Babson Boulders!

  2. Though be careful. Look for confirmation. I’m reminded of an old vaudville segment (“Stooges” used it too) Two carpenters are working. One is holding a spike, the other a hammer. The carpenter carefully positioning the spike says “When I nod my head hit it”

  3. “All The Redeemed”

    All The Redeemed shall stand upon, God’s unseen sea of glass;
    And they will sing a holy song, of Moses, from years past;
    Yes they shall rise with harps of gold, soon scheduled on God’s clocks;
    Redeemed by Christ His chosen ones,who did not take the mark;
    Yes great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God your just and true;
    Who shall not fear thee O’ Lord The righteous long for you!

    Thou alone are holy, and all shall worship thee
    Thy judgments are made manifest, for all the world to see;

    So if man ask to give you up, demands our lives to give;
    We know thy Son gave his in full ,so all the world could live;
    It wont be hard if were prepared, and try not hard to stray;
    With faith, devotion, and your grace, we’ll be with you that day!

    All The Redeemed shall stand upon, Gods unseen sea of glass;
    And they shall sing a holy song, of Moses, from years past;
    Yes! They shall rise with harps of God, soon scheduled on Gods clocks;
    Redeemed by Christ his chosen ones, who did not take the mark, who did not take the mark!
    (Talk)
    And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb
    (Sing)
    Who did not take the mark!

    Happy Easter!!

  4. The Blind Man 12-22-94

    I was in the congregation when a blind man sat by me;
    He said;”Will you be my eyes today and tell me what you see?”
    I didn’t understand him,for I knew that he could hear;
    So then I started telling him of scenes both far and near.
    I described a little baby held within his mothers arms;
    And I told him of the praises people did with outstretched palms;
    Then we listened to the sermon,with all it’s words in place;
    And I told him of expressions that I saw on people’s face.
    Then he told me of the visions he had from way down deep;
    And he told me how he felt the congregation was asleep.
    He said listen with your ears and never think that your to smart;
    You must feed the inner man living deep within your heart.
    This old blind man and his wisdom,gave me inner sights that day;
    And his words remained inside me,as i knelt in peace to pray.
    I was in the congregation when a blind man sat by me;
    He said “Will you be my eyes today and tell me what you see?”
    I didn’t understand him for I knew that he could hear;
    Till he said”know close your eyes,you’ll see allot more with your ears.”
    Revelations 3:6
    He that hath an ear,let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches—
