The gates are locked but my buddy Mark Teiwes and I were granted access to the insides of The Paint Factory This Morning for a shoot.
I CAN’T EVEN BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got some amazing stuff, that will be coming soon and throughout the week! Incredible. As far as I know, no one else has had access to provide you these pictures. I also did some walkthrough videos. It will take a while to upload because I put the settings on the highest frame rates.

Family At Appleton Farms
Snoop Maddie Mad is extremely independent and stubborn. Case in point this weekend at Appleton Farms. The Mrs tells me that once she picked out her own pumpkin she wouldn’t let anyone else touch it or carry it. She was determined to carry it herself. All day.
The Mrs tells me she must have dropped it a hundred times, but every time someone else tried to help her she threw a fit because she wanted to carry it herself. And so it went. Ten steps and a dropped pumpkin. Pick it up and another ten steps or so. Drop. Pick it up. Repeat.
She’s a maniac.

Listen up folks. If you are a casual runner, and by casual runner I mean not a world class athlete, DON”T WEAR THESE SHORTS! You’ll look like a tool!
Let’s be honest for a minute. Do you really think the .000001 seconds in wind resistance speed you might pick up by wearing these ridiculous shorts is going to be worth how silly they make you look? It’s not like it may make the difference between you getting a Michael Phelps like endorsement deal from the Olympics. It’s the Lone Gull 10K for cripes sake.

Sometimes I Wish I Weighed 250 Pounds
Let me explain.
Yesterday morning I stopped into Dunkies for a bagel at 4:45AM before work. I don’t normally stop for food in the morning but I just needed something to get me through the morning. Anyway, as I walked out of the doors there was a guy leaning up against his car and he flicked his spent cigarette to the ground right in front of me.
Is that not one of the most disgusting things you could do? It irritates me to no end when you catch someone doing it on the sly but this enraged me to think that I was right in front of this guy and he still decided it was alright to flick this thing right to the ground in front of me.
If I was a bigger dude I would have grabbed this guy by the scruff of the neck and forced his nose to within inches of that cigarette left laying on the ground and explained how wrong it is to litter.
Scumbag.
