Memory lane again here! What a great new look to this lanes cove legend. We kids then spent many a summer day, hanging around this shack in summer, all seasons while George Morey was fixing his nets. He would bring his dory up close load up supplies for the trip out to his net or getting into to the dory got pull his net on the other side of break-wall from summer cottages. Had friend’s on duly street that used to have a square looking boat we called the TUB row around inside the cove when it didn’t keep sinking…George and Helen Morey lived across the street from where I lived as a lad. During the end of year always looked forward to the arrival of the flatbed truck carrying the Christmas trees he set up in lot by his next to hall that is now a package store!.
