Good Morning Gloucester 
IMO, Kate’s Homemade, Organic Valley, and Cabot are the three top butters because they taste the best, and number two reason, is they have a lower moisture content and don’t splatter all over the place when sauteing. Also, all three have an unsalted version, which I find is great for baking.
