Muffy is an absolute monster.  With her jacked hubby Tad pushing her I thought there was absolutely no way to keep up.   I took the turtle approach.  Slow and steady for the win.  There is no doubt about it The MyZone belt and the reports pushed me to exert at least 40% more energy just based on the accountability and reports it generates after each workout and seeing where you stand on the screens as you’re working out.

Can’t recommend trainng with the MyZone belt enough.

Our buddy Ray Ray wears one too, I’d like to hear her perspective.

6th place out of 24, I’m pretty happy with that.

If anyone wants to challenge me to another MyZone challenge let me know and we can maybe put together a prize for the winner or some wagering 🙂

  1. That is great! I have nothing but respect and admiration for that kind of dedication to getting exercise. Well, a little bit of envy too, to be honest. I myself need to get more exercise, but somehow I don’t quite manage to give it priority…

    1. Hell I didn’t think I’d beat her. Muffy is fierce. I’m grateful to have been compting against her because she pushed me to work harder.
I’m telling you, looking at the results that the myzone belt gave me and seeing the standings pushed me harder.

  3. I love the Myzone! It really does make me want to work harder, which is difficult considering I already work my tail off!!! I can’t wait until they have the big screens up everywhere and you can see them during classes. And I LOVE a good competition! Congrats Joey, I didn’t think you were going to pull it out. Nice work old man!!
