In case you’d be interested, tomorrow at 11:00 the tea party actors, in costume, will be walking (police escorted) from the ship museum to the State Street Courthouse to do a re-enactment. Should be fun!

The Robinson Half Chest will arrive back in Boston Harbor, at the exact site where “the single most important event leading up to the American Revolution,” occurred 239 years ago.
The arrival of the Robinson Half Chest will begin with a speaking program and acknowledgment at the Old South Meeting House. From there, the Chest will be transported by carriage down Milk Street to Congress Street lead by the full cast and crew of the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum along with The Bostonia Allarum Companie Fife and Drum Corps. Upon its arrival, Mayor Thomas M. Menino and Chris Belland, CEO of Historic Tours of America will receive the Robinson Half Tea Chest.
