They were taken at Plum Cove Beach this evening. There were at least a dozen disks washed up. Must be the "gift that keeps on giving"……here we are in May.

They are disgusting, they are still washing up on Magnolia Beach and also noticed some on Pavilion Beach…. I feel the more I pick up the more come back

Donna, I find dozens of them on my daily dog walks along Niles, Good Harbor, Raymond’s, Brace Cove, Eastern Point, and Long Beach. We scoop them up with plastic bags and put them in plastic bags, then in the trash. Perhaps that is not the best way to dispose of them. Is there an approved method?

A sewage treatment plant in NH had a problem and millions of plastic discs went down the Merrimac River and ended up on the coast. It happened weeks ago.
