Protest vs. Riot

Statement or action expressing disapproval of or objection to something.

Verb: an objection to what someone has said or done.

2.declare (something) firmly and emphatically in the face of stated or implied doubt or in response to an accusation.

1.violent disturbance of the peace by a crowd.

Take part in a violent public disturbance.

There is absolutely no reason people should riot, for any reason, Period. Maybe they are confused with what protest really means. Do you see the word “violent” in the definition of protest? People need to learn to control their anger and direct it towards making a change. If you are not a part of the solution then you are a part of the problem.

For Donna, David and All Other GMG Bird Lovers

This is raw video footage taken at a spot I walk to each morning here at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens.  It has become my Niles Pond South.  I had to share this amazing explosion of birds that arrived and remained at this spot for about two weeks while they gobbled up all the fish in the place and then moved on.  In the mix of birds were numerous great blue herons, tri-colored herons, little blue herons, green herons, limpkins, snowy egrets, cattle egrets, great egrets, roseate spoonbills, black backed stilts, anhinga, osprey, sandhill cranes, storks, white and glossy ibis, gallinules, grebes and even an alligator and some otters.

Now that they are all well fed, some are probably heading Gloucester way, so be on the lookout for them.  I won’t be far behind them.

Mark My Words- Johnny Depp Gets The Oscar For #BlackMass

I’m not even necessarily a Johnny Depp fan. But his portrayal of Whitey Bulger in Black Mass is chilling.

So next year when he wins you can say your boy Joey called it.  I’ll take Johnny Depp vs the field and I don’t even know who the field is, that’s how strongly I feel about it!

Here’s the trailer, tell me if you agree-

Guess what time of the year it is?
