I remember when cars were able to drive over it back in the 60’s.
It was wider then. The wooden timbers would rumble like thunder.

My grandparents lived on Nashua Ave and we would drive over this bridge, I call it my grandmothers bridge love that neighborhood still. I have also seen a picture with oxen going back and forth on a barge.
