My husband brought this in to the beach Saturday as it was floating by with no diver attached. It is really nice and has ID on it so hopefully you can help locate the owner.

Hopefully just a missing flag, not a diver. The number on the flag is usually for a lobster license, so the owner should be easy to find in the system.
