Anyone that used to pack fish in the 70s knows what the term Mug-Up means.

It is when the boss man hollers MUGGG UPPPP!!!! and all the workers get their coffee break and a chance to get off their feet for 15 minutes of so mid morning or afternoon.

  1. MUG UP!! Also refers to when you went in for your break at the local coffee shop there was a upside down mug at every stool. If you wanted coffee you turned your MUG UP. Just a little something my Grand Father told me.
