Not bad, but this or this is what you want in the yogurt department. It’s not (good) fat that’s making us all fat, it’s the processed carbohydrates.

Joey, no regular “roasted” almonds. Oil. Ugh. Gotta be either raw or get the ones in the “snack” aisle by the raisins. They’re roasted with just salt.
