Manny — did you get to speak with anyone? I noticed during the construction that the ramp leading to the parking and, I think, the actual parking on the second level, are heated. Smart. Are the second and third level going to be “condos?” Thanks for all the inside and outside views. I’m one of those curious people who like to see things at all stages of their construction.

All the floor levels are open, so not sure if it’s set up for condos, but great views on the Main Street and Roger Street side from teh second and third level.
