GMG reaches Rio de Janeiro, we are here celebrating my husband John Felock’s
50th Birthday, here is a photo of us on Sugar Loaf with the GMG sticker, in

Rio is a wonderful city, the hype about the bad crime is over blown, it is a
very friendly and if you are travel savvy very safe.

Hey Joey,
Here I am on a ranch up in the hills above Palo Alto; that’s San Francisco Bay in the background. It was seventy today.
I’m here with my crew removing an organ we made in 1987 for a gentleman who built a concert hall as an addition to his house. He was a great guy, we had good times while working here, but he died a couple of years ago. His widow asked C. B. Fisk, Inc. to find a good home for the instrument, and we did. The three-manual, 45 stop organ, with 2,838 pipes, will be going to Indiana University, which has one of the finest organ departments in the country. But first we have to dismantle it completely, pack all 15 tons of it with great care into two 53 foot moving vans and then ship it to Bloomington. About a month’s work for six of us. Some time next year when IU finishes modifications to Alumni Hall, we’ll put it all back together again. (I have a great job.)

Sarah Cafasso is serving in the Peace Corps on a remote island in the Philippines. Her mom Carol arranged for them to meet in New Zealand and spend the holidays in Australia. They did not forget to bring "homie" with them! Sarah has one more year left in Southern Leyte, Hinundayen, Philippines, helping the community protect and utilize their fishing resources. I’m not sure if you got to use this one, but I just loved the way this Macauw deep in the Sacred Valley wanted to chew up the GMG sticker! He personally asked me to get noticed on your Blog in Gloucester, so I had to send this in again. He’s just so colorful, I thought he’d fit in right next to Homie. I am also sending (in another email) the last GMG shot from Machhu Picchu since after that, I left my sticker with Pedro our guide!

We are big fans of GMG, thanks for all the hard work you do creating and keeping up with everything Glosta! Your mom (who we work with) was nice enough to supply me with some GMG stickers to "represent" with during our recent trip to St. Thomas and subsequent honeymoon cruise to the Southern Caribbean. After getting married on the beach in St. Thomas, we visited Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Kitts and St. Maarten.
Here we are at beautiful Magens Bay in St Thomas as well as a pic of me at Boo Boo Jam Beach in St. Maarten.
