Our first attempt at Ooni Pro Pizza Making with wood and charcoal

There’s definitely a learning curve using the wood and charcoal. Using the gas insert we got it right off the bat and crushed it.

Keep in mind this is our first shot regulating temps with wood and charcoal. I’m sure we made plenty of mistakes.  The pizzas were still delicious but we’ve got room for improvement on our techniques using the wood and charcoal.
