Here’s Brooke at Happy Dumplings waiting in line just before the place went up in smoke and she was left on the street, hungry and dumplingless.

We were going to have dumplings for a Father’s Day Treat. 😦 so sad that Happy Dumplings was part of a fire. I heard wonderful things about the Dumpling and look forward to a re-opening. Very sad that a place so new suffered such a loss. My heart goes out to the residents in the building as well. Hope the fire didn’t cause too much damage.

Hope they are up and running soon , the food looked first rate, nothing looked like it came out of a plastic bag an popped in the microwave…

The owner, Vivian, told me yesterday that their food is made fresh every day. She also said that they’ll re-open next week. My photos and story about Happy Dumplings after the fire will be on GMG this evening.
