What’s a Fair Punishment For These Kids?

  1. Make them pay for all damages they do, then add a hefty fee to that. When they have to part with money they will think about what they did. If the kids are very young make the parents pay.

  2. I’d give them a fine and have them clean off everything they did in that train. If I found additional trains with their tags, they’d clean that up too. It would be good to see them remove tags from a few other trains, too, but I’m afraid I’d be charged with violating child labor laws or something. I’m not sure if this is a misdemeanor or felony in Mass….the damage could be pretty expensive to fix….if the first offense, I might not give them a permanent felony, but if I could remake the justice system, I’d let them know they are in for an automatic felony the next time. I was no better than those kids (not that I ever did anything like that), and the consequences would have scared the hell out of me.

  3. A few buckets of Lestoil and a toothbrush should take good care of cleaning that, as well as other ‘art’ and also clean the restrooms in all the cars on that train . . they would need parental supervision, tho . . .

  4. They need clean every train for a period of one year. The parents need to pay a hefty fine, and, if possible, these fools need to be banned from riding the trains.

  5. Make them stand against the wall and spray paint them and ruin their clothes.
Then make them remove the tags and then fine the kids and their parents one hell of a fine!
Then ban them from riding the trains for one year. Idiots….
