Paul loved the muppets. His friends went down there and tied a bunch of balloons to the bench there was a big kermit the frog balloon. we went down there later and while we were talking the Kermit balloon took off. It flew over the greasy pole and headed for good harbor beach. his friends thought it was cool. They said Paul wanted the balloon.

I believe he was giving you a sign when the balloon took off. It was his way of saying that he was all right. So sorry Paul.
