Look what’s happening at The Rhumb Line.

Thursday – 9:00 – 12:00 ~ Dave Sags Blues party

Let’s see what Mr Dave Sags has to say about tonight,

Sorry I’m so late, but I’ve been busy harvesting potatoes in Maine all week. Now I gotta work off all that moose fat. So, to help me work it on out, jump up and spin around, I have to get the best. And so I do; in the form of Mario Perrett; cutie-pie saxist and world class vogelizer.
He’s been busy, too, as he just got back from supervising next October’s issue of Playboy Magazine’s photo shoot of “the Girls of Aroostock County”, a smashing success. Now he’s back home ready to tear it up and shake you to your very core.
Pushing the beat from behind will be Roger Brocklebank, Madhouse timebomb, on drumms, and possibly vocals, if he’s not feelin’ too shy, and, of course, Greg “Whammy Bar” T. on catarrh, as well as myself, on base. We’re gonna tear it up!

NEXT THURSDAY: Willie “Loco” Alexander and the boys from Brazil! Featuring Billy Loosigian and Stevie “ha-ha” Chaggaris. Get there early: free cold compresses to the first 50 victims.

Sunday 8:00 to 11:00ish ~ Chelsea Berry

Our Alaskan songbird comes from her recent show at The House of Blues …a night of acoustic folk and rock

Chelsea Berry is a singer songwriter from the town of Chugiak, Alaska. She has lived and performed around her beautiful home state as well as in Chicago, Nashville, Boston, and, most recently, Cape Ann, MA. She has just finished a new original album which was released at the House of Blues in Boston on the 26th of June. Chelsea’s music is deep, earthy, and refreshing.. Her vocals are smooth and her lyrics poetic and identifiable to any listener. Her music falls somewhere between Sheryl Crow and Joni Mitchell.. With a little Alaskan edge.
