When I first started visiting Gloucester, I would set the alarm to get up at 4:30am and wait for the sunrise. Each one was spectacular and none exactly alike. I can’t believe how fortunate I am now, to be able to see them from my home and not a motel. The morning (and evening) sky is just so beautiful here … sometimes I think it doesn’t look real. That is, the sky seems like a painting. These are just wonderful, Joey. Thank you.

The clouds and sky have been somewhat more spectacular in the past few weeks. I think I figured it out. That smoke from Canada was not a forest fire but they were burning pot fields.
We’re all high.

Spectacular! I’ll never be up early enough to see it. If I want to see a sunrise, I need to go to California ….only way I can get up that early.
