Loved this segment. Anxious to try Biscookies but the number of eggs were left out. Please help.

I recieved your cooking website from Guinevere, she went to collage with me, in the “South”. I’m from Memphis. Everything looked great but I had to get my Northern to Southern convertion dictionary out. Some of the things you call things aren’t what we would call them, it reminded me of Guin and made me laugh. Thank you and I put you in my “bookmark” so I can go back and see what else you may be working on. Also in the south we wouldn’t have use flour on our fish but we would have use a cornmeal coating. Haddock comes to us frozen, it was interesting to see it “fresh”.

Thanks Claudia! Guin is terrific and I am so glad that she and I have reconnected after all this time. I will keep posting recipes until I either run out (which isn’t going to happen) or somebody tells me to stop!
