Essex MA at Dawn 4:39AM 5/30/12 Essex Salt Marsh and The Burnham House
I have never ever in my life been more ferociously attacked and eaten alive by mosquitoes as I did this morning capturing this shot. I drove past it at first but had to loop back. The water was so still, the tide was just right, the light just beginning to peek through.
The mosquitoes were insane I tell you. I’m still itching. Hit this one up larger. I love the reflection of the house and the clouds in the sky reflecting in the water. No brainer, had to get out of the truck and set up the shot, right?

Gloucester Game Changer- Shit Just Got Real In The Asian Fusion Dining Scene In Our Beloved Gloucester Massachusetts.
I could go on and on but let me just shut my yap and post some pictures and let them do the talking (video at 8PM)
Chef Enx studied under Roy Yamaguchi and if any of you know a little something about Roy Yamaguchi you know the guy basically brought Asian fusion to where it is today. Based on what I ate and saw last night it looks like Chef Enx took what he learned at Roy’s and brought it to a whole ‘nother level.

Gloucester At Dawn- 4:54AM 4/30/12 Salvation Star, Providenza and Francesca & Carlo- Railway To Railway
This shot was taken alongside the Railway at The Gloucester Maritime Heritage Center looking out across the harbor to the East Gloucester Marine Railway.
The amount of light in this shot is deceiving because the shutter was left open for a good long time to try to collect as much light as possible to burn in the colors. Obviously this type of shot with such little available light is not possible without the aid of a tripod.
Click the photo to see it larger and the details on the Adventure and boats tied up at The East Gloucester Marine Railway all the way across the harbor. I like this shot a lot especially considering the very little light available to use.
Below is what it looked like to the human eye without the long exposure-
