The road along Niles Beach is actually Eastern Point Boulevard. Eastern Point Boulevard begins at the Gate House/Lodge which is One Eastern Point Boulevard. I just wanted to eliminate any confusion as Eastern Point Road ends at the Gate House. Stay safe everyone and a peaceful holiday weekend to all.

Can anything be done about the Singing Beach Crowd and they’re dogs over running Magnolia Beach? Now that Singing Beach is closed they’re all over Magnolia Beach and jamming the parking lot. It’s going to ruin it for our residents. There are supposed to be no dogs on magnolia beach after 4/1
