    What happened to the Pop Up fish sale from 11am – 3pm?? I waited in line until I reached Rogers St at which time I was directed to take a left by a policeman. The line was down Commercial St. The policeman told me there would no more fish. This was at 11:45am!! How could this be since the sale was until 3pm? When I went access the street to Cape Ann Savings, fish was still being sold. Please let me know, I was in line for one hour+
