    1. We should all be proud. David & Tim bested Mike Hanley of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, one of Boston’s top hospitals. Their margin of victory was narrow, but decisive. David & Tim’s dish was very high end and compared favorably with a $35 entree and any top Boston restaurant. Perhaps you can get them to publish the recipe. 1. Leo was super! He described the dishes beautifully and specifically mentioned the quality & texture of the fish, noting that while each dish was very different, both were cooked perfectly. Didi Emmons (http://www.didiemmons.com/ – perhaps the most famous chef judge on the panel) commented that she had initially felt one of the dishes had undercooked fish, but deferred to Leo’s expertise, citing his years of experience and refined palate. Bravo Leo!

    1. Hospital food isn’t what it used to be. When you’re visiting a friend or family member who doesn’t feel like eating, ask them to order anyhow and YOU eat it. These days that can be like getting a top meal at a fancy restaurant..
