On Friday evening we enjoyed an amazing film on the Black Swallow Tail Butterfly at the Cape Ann Cinema on Main Street and then over to a fun reception at Bodin Historic Photo Shop. This film is great for all ages and I know my grand children would love it as well as adults. Thank you Kim Smith for your work, Pat Ciaramitaro, Sista Felicia for the yummy food, Craig Kimberley and Fred for hosting this event. Great time.

Thank you Donna for your very sweet post! Thank you so much for coming and for the beautiful red roses!! I looking forward to showing my film to our grandkids.
Wonderful film. So proud of our friend Kim. The only hiccup was Joey’s fascination with the butterfly’s “love powder,” which was weird and a little inappropriate. What a great night.
Kim, thanks for the clarification – it’s the butterfly’s “love dust” not “love powder.” Joey, I still think your idea for a new men’s perfume with that name works well. “Joey C’s Luscious Love Dust.” Don’t worry – I won’t tell the guys down the dock about it. Great idea and good luck!
As a teenager, I watched all 32 episodes (1965-1968) of The Smothers Brothers. It was the last CBS situation comedy filmed in black-and-white, which was OK because most folks did not have color sets. Their names were Tommie and Dick Smothers. This may have been an inspiration for NBC’s Saturday Night Live, first airing in 1975.
Great idea about the comedy duo, Liv. Joey’ll be the dashing heartthrob who looks like George Clooney. His international media mogulism and beefcake brand will propel us to stardom. I’ll be the one who drives him places and then tweets and Vines about it. We’ll be huge in Akron.
Is that John McElhenny Picking His Nose?

I remember the censors wanted to take them off the air. It was a great show

At the time, Smothers Brothers was scandalous, and that’s why we loved it.
