EJ asked to look to see if I had any photos of Evelyn she could share with Evelyn’s family. I didn’t think I had any–but found several from EJ’s festive Tale of Bong Tree Island book launch last September.

Thanks for posting this…..she was awesome, beautiful girl inside and out! EJ and I will be attending wake Thursday, it will be helpful for us locals to meet her family and represent Glouc. and RockyNeck to her familly who have heard so much about our beautiful city and the friendly people who welcomed her into the community. We need more people like Evelyn in this world.

Thank you for these Kim. Brenda, Sally & I will be going to Evelyn’s funeral on Friday – one more spot in the car if anyone else wants to join….I miss her, and can feel her spirit remaining in us all.

You all will represent Gloucester and Rocky Neck to her family beautifully, and make a lasting and memorable impression for her family to keep in their hearts forever. Although I did not know Evelyn personally, my heart goes out to all of you.
When my grandmother passed away, I felt her soul come into mine. Her loving and creative spirit has stayed in my heart always and not a day goes by that i do not think of her–and that is how it is with the wonderful and special people who touch our lives deeply.
