Understanding that we all refer to locations, homes by a previous owner or occupant (recently had a friend refer to the parking lot at North Beverly Plaza as the “Zayres” parking lot…) or the old “Ciaramitaro” house.. will Varian always be Varian or does Applied Materials take over sometime? 🙂
