I just got in from Ireland where I spent a fast week with my daughter Nora.
This picture is from Inisheer, one of the Aran Islands off Galway Bay on the west coast. I thought I was in Gloucester- surrounded by the sea. Fishing boats, granite everywhere, a bar on every corner, and the NICEST people. See you soon!

What a fantastic place to visit, and you actually have family there! Lucky.
Funny- while we were on Inisheer, my daughter and I ran into a friend of hers from Somerville. Neither knew the other would be in Ireland. An island of small coincidences! I have lots more pictures, of course, especially of Inisheer and its delightful beach and fishing boats, but this is one of only 2 with the GMG stickah.
