Note how it’s referred to as “The Bass Rock” down at the bottom.

I’ve seen the Registry of National Historic Places report, so I know this wasn’t Ocean View Inn and Resort / Twin Light Manor, because that property didn’t exist as a hotel in 1888. So where else could the site of “The Bass Rock” dining room be? I’m assuming Atlantic Road, but what part? The Atlantis? Bass Rocks Ocean Inn? Closer to Eastern Point or more toward Good Harbor Beach? Does anyone know for certain from old city maps perhaps?
