Just letting you know that Gloucester/Rockport’s own Denis Golden came in first (first time ever tie) for the EH look alike contest in Key West Florida. It takes place at Sloppy Joe’s and he goes down for it every year. Check out their website and you’ll see it. If you don’t know Denis you should meet him and he would be a great interview. He’s a legend (in his own mind) and a great guy. If you want to get in touch w/him let me know. He doesn’t know I’m doing this but he just loves the camera.

Sloppy Joe’s in Key West. Went to a lot of bars in Key West but I guess I was too young and dumb to stop in here. I have a photo of my grandpa standing in front of Sloppy Joe’s in Havana a little earlier. Same owner?
