Wow, that is just gorgeous! Who mostly rents their places?
Most recently, we rented 50 Main Street to the set designer for Adam Sandler’s movie “Grown Ups”. He occupied this unit from May through mid-August. 50 Main Street is under contract with Atlantic Vacation Homes.
Above LaTrattoria (62 Main Street) should be ready for occupancy sometime in November as we have to secure all the necessary permitting. After this, we will begin construction at 71 Main Street. This is a loft on two levels with three fireplaces and a large deck overlooking the harbor.
Eventually, once we condominimize each property, I would like to sell the units completely furnished. Each property comes with a deeded parking space.
I have to say that renovating these properties has been a joy and a true labor of love. Within the next few years I see Main Street as a smaller version of the North End of Boston with commercial/retail space on the street level and condominiums above. City officials encourage our projects.
