I wandered down to the Harbor Loop to see what was going on and it appears the Schooner Adventure is being prepped! I had a little canine company while I was there (I thought it was called Dockwa not Dockwag……haha). Lots to look at, as always.

- Everything is selling.
- The only bargains are properties on the market for 5 months or more.
- This won’t last forever.
Our advice:
- If you have to buy, expect to pay asking price.
- If you don’t have to buy, don’t buy.
- If you are thinking about selling, now’s the time (and if you can’t find a new home, rent and wait. Prices will come down.)

Streaming Nia and Restorative Yoga Classes via Zoom with Linda All Free! Week of June 22nd Nia Routine: West Side Story More Nia on 1623 Studios

Join us as we dance to music from the musical West Side Story. Many of the songs come from an album called The Songs of West Side Story. Contemporary artists do their take on the classic Bernstein tunes. Some choreography for this routine is from Casey who did Slumdog Millionaire and some from my teacher Katie Capelli and from me. So it is also a choreographic compilation. Say that three times fast!
If you are new to Nia with Linda, these streaming classes are free. Share with anyone who you feel needs a little movement and fun in their lives during this period of social isolation.
So here is how it works. It will be easier for you if you download the Zoom client for meetings for a desktop or laptop, or the app for phones and tablets.

Pineapple ~
Ayurveda and Pineapple….
Ayurveda Wellness Healing, LLC loves the powerful digestive enzymes found in Pineapple such as bromelian. Eat this wonderful fruit to help enhance sluggish or weak digestion.
Pineapple is useful in both indigestion and loss of appetite. It’s juicyness hydrates you as well! Pineapple clears heat and replenishes your strength, energy levels and is helpful with diarrhea, bronchitis, sinusitis and arthritis.
Use Pineapple with any meal….layer slices on ham prior to baking, pineapple grilled skewers, on top of a burger or chicken sandwich, add to your salsa or guacamole – the digestive properties of pineapple combine well with many foods. But DON’T mix pineapple with dairy or yogurt as this combination clogs the channels.
