Riley Nor’Easter morning after second high tide #GloucesterMA: coastal damage homes and Long Beach seawall

Riley took bites out of the Long Beach seawall, and ripped out decks and fences wherever last night’s raging tide rushed. Debris strewn roads include large timber rails and rocks.

  1. Thank you for the photos of the Long Beach area. We/I have been fortunate enough to vacation there for more than twenty years and love the beach and its residents. I hope the tides today will not cause more damage.

  2. Thank you for not forgetting Rockport Rd in your set of photos. Last eve we had even more damage. Hopefully they don’t forget to clean up our street and Governor Baker makes it here too while touring Gloucester.
