I’ve been wondering about the need to demonstrate how to fasten and unfasten the plane’s seat belt. Perhaps time would be better spent demonstrating proper overhead luggage storage techniques. Just sayin’

I bought and smoked my last cigarettes on a flight from Boston to Cleveland in 1975. I never smoked again.

I don’t think the signs have any effect on behavior. Example: Many, many guns are collected at airport security checkpoints, after all these years. You can’t cure stupid, as the saying goes.

Makes you wonder how old the plane is, at least that is what I wondered when I saw them in the plane we flew down to Florida in.
