Had a wonderful day. My grandson slept from 9:30 to 1:30 today and then my son and his wife got a sitter and took George and I out for a wonderful dinner. Life is good.
Thank you so much everyone. It has been a great day (after a kind of sucky start when I had to go for a mammogram at 7:30am!, but it was all uphill after that). I couldn’t have ordered a more perfect day. I spent most of it with Tom Nihan repainting the walls and floor downstairs at the Cultural Center, so it looks fresh and beautiful for the Rocky Neck Holiday Art & Fine Crafts Festival. It was fun and very rewarding. I love the look and smell of fresh paint.
