The Magnolia Library Center’s 37th Annual Art Show will be held on the weekend of July 11-13, 2014.
This event is open to the public and receives a large amount of publicity. Past shows have been well attended and successful for many artists.
As you may know, this is one of the library’s largest fundraisers. For the past few years we have been lucky enough to have received some donated art pieces to raffle off during the show.

Brings back the “good old days.” Many times each summer, My Dad would skipper the “Sea Dog”—anchored a short distance off the end of the pier–and take 6-8 ladies and gentlemen—guests of the Oceanside Hotel which he owned and operated for a picturesque tour of the Atlantic coast. This was back in the 30’s and early 40’s.
