I sent photos of that section of bridge to Mayor Kirk when she was asking for repair ideas. She asked around and was told the pictured section of the bridge was lost in 2006!

I think you may be correct, this portion does look like it has been settled in for awhile.

Just before that it was in back of my sister Mary-Ellen’s house, she has some great video of the storm and how it washed away and back and then left for good. I will encourage her to send the video, so there it was before people started looking. It’s only been there since the storm.
