Nice photos, they look to be earlier in the day as the tablecloths are white and not stained with chowder and lobster juice. The place was hopping in the afternoon. did you see the dog big as a pony? Maybe it was a pony.

Hi Paul: was there early around 10:00 ish and it was pretty cold but really nice. Did not see the dog/pony but wish I did. The scare crows were great. Thanks and take care

The scarecrow in front of Toad Hall was a real person. I wasn’t paying attention as I walked up the sidewalk and she laughed. Well done. Freaked me out.
