Awesome, good luck! (See if you can cut out the bread and pasta. Keep olive oil, avocado, real butter, and lard/meat from happy animals. Has worked well for us.)

Rob Hall is on the right track. I understand that juicing is beneficial, though I’ve never tried it. Big breakfasts are a weekend treat for me; During the week it’s oatmeal w/ fruit or home made granola bars and yogurt. Lunch is more of a picnic snack which includes a protein, raw fruit or veggie; today’s lunch is hummus, wheat crackers and sliced kiwi. My guilty pleasure is ice cream (lactose free). The point is be conscious of what you’re putting into your body and save the decadent indulgences for just a few times a week instead of on the regular. 😉

Great advice. I normally can eat whatever because of the physical nature of my job but this time of year when it goes from 100 mph to 10mph those bad habits catch up with me.
