We can tame some of the “Charge”. Yup! Power. For centuries. Talk about sustainable! How much energy can be harnessed from the tidal loop that runs through the canal every 12 hours. I’m sitting here up the Blackburn Industrial Park now. Might be the tallest point on the island. There will be a constant breeze until May. My landlord showed no respect when I asked if I could put a bank of windmillettes, 3 footers, on the roof.
