I’m sure you could, but be careful …feta tends to be salty.I intentionally used the goat cheese for it’s creamy texture,and for it’s slightly tart flavor.This recipe has a perfect balance of flavors. The ying and yang play beautifully off eachother! My neighbor ,is not a lover of goat cheese,and sampled a slice the other day and was very surprised by the taste. All I heard from her was Mmmmm…..Oh……yummm
