Took advantage of this hot weather and did a little snorkeling at Plum Cove. Here are a couple videos, but I did learn two lessons:
1. Put charged batteries in the camera
2. Stay still longer
It feels like you’re not moving, but looking at the video it’s pretty fast. I also didn’t get much shot as the low battery kept shutting off the camera. I hope to get some better videos to share later this week.
We saw a winter skate, baby flounder, hermit crabs, and cunner fish.

It is a Sealife Reef Master Mini. It’s about 4 yrs old now. It’s nice and compact.

We were at Folly Cove yesterday – along the wall at Calf Cove. What a contrast between the blistering heat of the sun and the cool, green stillness of the ocean water. Your first clip shows the golden sea growth swaying and glistening. That combines both feelings I had. Good work!

Was thinking about going tomorrow, wat should i plug in to the gps to get here, and is there parking for non-residents?

I would type Lanesville in the gps and follow those. When you get to the Gloycester rotary take the 3rd exit onto Washington St towards Annisquam and follow that until you see Plum Cove. It will be the small beach on your left. Parking may be tricky, you’ll have to park on the street and walk back. Drop off your things with someone and then park. Have Fun!
