GLOUCESTER TO BOSTON EXPRESS

Click the photos to make larger and you can see the fine ribbon of migrating birds. Many, many species of birds migrate at night. You can often see them very late in the day as they are beginning their night time journey, traveling along the shores of Cape Ann before crossing Massachusetts Bay on their southward migration.

  1. Oh the those clouds moving in Boston background and very nice view the line of migrating stand out pretty well without having to enlarge the photo. The stillness of the storm settings makes for a great view thanks for sharing this with us. The flocks and squawks are in season and you can many times see them drop out and regroup as they tire too! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
