Sorry you missed it Terry – it was pretty amazing. Glad you at least get to see some photos. Marty took some good ones too, and maybe others I haven’t seen posted yet.
Great shots and yes it was worth staying up….At first I forgot about the moon and stages thought my vitamin A was not working but it was jus the moon doing it’s thing! 🙂 Dave & Kim:-)
Thanks EJ! Yes we saw it this way in South Korea -but the next day “night: the moon was hidden by clouds so were very lucky on what night cloudy came in Phew 🙂 Dave
Sorry, I said Japan – that’s where my nephew is. I knew you were in South Korea. Same here, although we did see it just rising above the treetops before disappearing into the clouds the next night, and it was beautiful.

Could you see it as a full eclipse where you are in Japan?
