I just drooled all over! That is a spectacular idea! I want some, NOW.
Been there, done that! Had the lobster scampi at the Grille back in April after much deliberation. The specials that night were all so amazing I took a picture of the sheet and sent it to my wife with, “What would Jesus do?” as the subject.
I almost cried in delight when it arrived at the table. Not only great presentation, flavor, and service, but the meal was huge! I’m guilty of transporting lobster scampi over state lines. I was the envy of the office the next day when I microwaved the booty.
