  1. Thanks Lisa. The ladies of the Gloucester Garden Club with the generousity of William Taylor, assistance of City Councilor Greg Verga and the hard work of Mark Cole and his Parks and Recreation staff put forth a yeomans effort last spring and summer to establish this “Picture Garden”. It is our hope hope that everyone celebrating a special occasion, as well as the tourists, will stop here to take their pictures in the garden with the wonderful harbor as a background. Anyone who is interested in beautifying the City should come to our PLANT SALE on Saturday morning from 9 – 11am.
